As an interdisciplinary artist I combine installation, video, performance and ready-made art. I work with the themes of alienation and multimateriality, together with the themes of tactility and bodily affect. I deal with the questions of contemporary life and societal issues through humor and absurdity. As an artist I want to expand the medium of video – I aim to create tactile media art spaces where the objects in the image of the video leak into the space.

In my art I want to bring the body and other materials together, and explore bodily affects with the help of mundane objects and other materials. The center of my work is the body and its tangibility. I see my own body as a material, and my sense of touch as a tool. I actively surrender part of my agency to the tentative curiosity of touch. I am curious about how various materials, such as video or tactile objects, affect the way the body exists in a space – how it senses, and how it acts.
